What “offline-first” actually means

Trackr stores your data on your own device first, then syncs later (on Plus) if you choose to. Open it once, and the whole app — including the interface and your existing entries — is cached locally. After that:

• Add expenses with no connection — they save instantly on-device.
• Your running balance and budgets update offline.
• Nothing is lost if your network drops mid-entry.

No app store, no download

Because it's a PWA, there's nothing to install from an app store. Open it in your browser, tap “Add to Home Screen”, and it behaves like a native app — its own icon, full-screen, offline. No 100 MB download, no updates to chase.

Why it matters in Bangladesh

Patchy mobile data and expensive storage make a lightweight, offline app genuinely useful here. You can log “bazaar 450 taka” by voice in the middle of a market with no signal, and it just works.
